Wow, a real station wagon, with enough space to carry something for real,
instead of what passes today for space.

My aunt's old Ford Taurus wagon had a pretty good amount of space. Besides,
people who want space today buy minivans, not wagons. The automakers are
only giving us what sells.

the scrap metal value of a solid old car like that must be getting
close to $400....

"Although it has not been started for over 2 years"

your neighbors let you have the thing sit dead in your driveway for 2
years? or you had it in the garage up on blocks and only pushed it out
for the photoshoot?

My brother had a '67 gold-colored version of that car, and he loved it
so much he replaced the entire front end to keep it when it wore out.
Ask about that car and for an hour he'll bend your ear in his grandpa
voice about how great it was.
